Associate Director of Youth Education, 2022 to Present - Collaborate with the Director of Youth Education to achieve the impact, quality, enrollment, and budgetary goals of all the Youth Ed programs. Support and lead the Everett KIDSTAGE program and staff, and their work in production, education, and Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism (DEIA). Create a healthy and positive work and program environment.

Institute Manager - Issaquah, 2017 to 2020 - Manage Village Theatre’s Institute program through the education department. Hire teaching artists, train educators, plan curriculum, mentor students and oversee the student population.
